Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Reiki Master Kimberly Kristoff is a gifted healer, schooled in the Western and Eastern Healing Arts. She provides a deeply relaxing, intuitive and integrative massage therapy experience, fusing Western massage therapy techniques with Eastern energy-work modalities. Kim is the Founder of the Greenwich Associates for Well-Being, LLC.

Kimberly Kristoff, LMT, CRM, lifelong resident of Greenwich, CT, graduated from an accelerated program in Western and Eastern Massage Therapy at the accredited Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. Kim lovingly continues to further her capabilities with postgraduate and spiritual studies. Kim studied Reiki Healing, Energy Medicine practiced by Dr. Oz that enhances the body's natural ability to heal, with Reiki Master Melanie Chong at the Center for the Inner Journey. She studied Medical Qi Gong healing theory and techniques with fifth generation healer Dr. Tzu Kuo Shih, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, President, Chinese Healing Arts Center, Consultant, Tongi University, Shanghai, and Consultant, Hoping Bio-Medical Technology Institute & Hospital, China. Also, Kim was mentored by seasoned Practitioner of Structural Integration "Rolfer", Erik S. McWilliams, PSI, QiH, LMT. Kim's touch has been described as "gentle and yet deep." She is experienced in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Medical, Pre- and Post-Natal Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, Thai Massage and Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Medical Qi Gong, Reiki, Guided Visualization, and Intuitive Bodywork. Each healing session is unique as she uses her intuition, knowledge, and skill to apply the approprate healing techniques in accord with her client's present needs. Kim has practiced privately in Stamford and Greenwich, CT, worked in fitness centers, spas, wellness centers and medical offices. She has offered her services in outreach community programs including work with Covenant House offering energy healing and massage therapy to abused women to heal their minds, bodies, and spirits. Kim has also volunteered at the Tribeca Film Festival and backstage at local professional music events. Kim has participated in outreach programs including work with Covenant House staff and members and on-site events including professional performance venues including The Meadows Music Theater in Hartford, CT, and performed volunteer healing work since 2000. Kim has given talks on Massage Therapy and Aromatherapy at The Wainwright House in Rye, NY, Well-Being Keynote Speaker at FeminInc Entrepreneurial Womens Networking Meeting, and has assisted in teaching Professional Foundations for Massage Therapy at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and Women's Self-Defense and Rape Prevention through Greenwich Continuing Education. She is Licensed in Massage Therapy by the State of Connecticut, Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, a Professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, a Certified Reiki Master by the Center for the Inner Journey, Certified in CPR by the American Red Cross, Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Green Belt by the International Kenpo Karate Association.
